Terms of Service

By accessing and using Yalla Mabrook, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

• You will comply with all applicable laws and these terms

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

Yalla Mabrook provides a platform for creating and sharing digital wedding invitations. Our service includes:

• Customizable wedding invitation templates

• RSVP management and tracking tools

• Photo upload and gallery features

• Guest list management with dietary restrictions

• Event details organization (ceremony, reception, etc.)

• Background music integration

• Mobile-responsive invitation pages

• Email notifications for RSVP responses

Yalla Mabrook offers two account types:

FREE Account:

• Maximum 5 guests

• Access to all template designs

• RSVP management for up to 5 guests

• Photo galleries (up to 10 photos)

• Background music selection (pre-loaded tracks)

• Basic email support

PREMIUM Account ($49.99 one-time payment):

• Unlimited guests

• All FREE account features

• Unlimited photo uploads

• Custom music uploads (your own tracks)

• Priority customer support

• Advanced customization options

You may upgrade from FREE to PREMIUM at any time. Downgrades from PREMIUM to FREE are not available.

Account Creation:

• You must create an account to use our service

• You can sign up with email/password or Google Sign-In

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Google Sign-In:

If you choose to sign in with Google:

• You authorize us to access your Google profile information (email, name, profile picture)

• Accounts with matching verified emails are automatically linked

• You can unlink Google access through your Google Account settings

• Our access is limited to the permissions you grant during sign-in

Account Security:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

Premium Upgrade:

• Premium account upgrade costs $49.99 (one-time payment, no subscription)

• Payment is processed securely through Whish Pay

• We do not store your credit card information

Refund Policy:

• All sales are final - Premium upgrades are non-refundable

• Digital products cannot be returned once access is granted

• No refunds will be issued for unused Premium features

Price Changes:

• We reserve the right to change Premium pricing with 30 days notice

• Price changes apply only to new Premium purchases

• Existing Premium users retain their current pricing

Failed Payments:

• If payment fails, your account will remain FREE until successful payment

• Contact support@yallamabrook.com for payment issues

Your Content:

• You retain all ownership rights to photos, text, and content you upload

• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

- Display your content as part of your wedding invitation

- Store your content on our servers (AWS S3)

- Deliver your content via our CDN (CloudFront)

• This license ends when you delete the content or your account

• You must have all necessary rights to content you upload

• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights

Our Content:

• Templates, designs, interface elements, and branding are our intellectual property

• You may use our templates only within our service for your wedding invitation

• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our templates or designs

• You may not use our templates outside of the Yalla Mabrook platform

You may not use our service to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content without permission

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law

• Transmit harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, or harmful content

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our service without permission

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our service or templates

• Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or malicious content

• Circumvent FREE account limits by creating multiple accounts

• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Uptime and Maintenance:

• We target 99.9% service availability (excluding scheduled maintenance)

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible

• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

No Guarantee:

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

• We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues

• Your invitation link may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance

Data Backups:

• We perform automated daily backups of all data

• You should export important data regularly (Settings > Account > Export Data)

• We are not liable for data loss due to technical failures

Your Rights:

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account

• Data export is available before deletion (JSON format)

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Our Rights:

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• We will provide 14 days notice for violations (except for illegal activity)

• Immediate termination for: illegal content, fraud, security threats, spam

• No refunds will be issued for terminated Premium accounts

• We may retain data if legally required (e.g., financial records)

Effect of Termination:

• Your wedding invitation will become inaccessible

• Guests will no longer be able to view or RSVP

• All uploaded photos and content will be deleted

Our Trademarks:

• 'Yalla Mabrook' name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Copyright:

• All website code, templates, and designs are protected by copyright

• Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited

DMCA Compliance:

• We respect intellectual property rights

• If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at support@yallamabrook.com

• We will investigate and remove infringing content as required by law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yalla Mabrook shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues

• Data loss or corruption (maintain your own backups)

• Third-party services (AWS, Google, Whish Pay) failures or breaches

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

• Content uploaded by you or other users

• Events beyond our control (force majeure)

Maximum Liability:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

• For FREE accounts, liability is limited to $50 USD

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Our service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or quality of content

• Warranties that defects will be corrected

You use our service at your own risk. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your requirements

• Your wedding invitation will be available at all times

• Guest RSVPs will be delivered without errors

• Third-party services will function correctly

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yalla Mabrook, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service

• Your violation of these Terms of Service

• Your violation of any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)

• Content you upload to our platform

• Your breach of any laws or regulations

Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lebanese courts

Informal Resolution:

• Before filing any legal claim, contact us at support@yallamabrook.com

• We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days

Arbitration:

• If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration

• Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with Lebanese arbitration laws

Class Action Waiver:

• You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only

• You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on this page with a new 'Last updated' date

• Sending email notification to your registered email address

• Displaying a notice in your dashboard

Changes take effect:

• 30 days after notification for material changes

• Immediately for minor clarifications or legal compliance

Your continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our service and may delete your account.

Entire Agreement:

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yalla Mabrook

Severability:

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect

No Waiver:

• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right

Assignment:

• You may not transfer your rights under these terms

• We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate

Language:

• These terms are written in English

• Translations are for convenience only; English version prevails
